Free access and non-commercial reuse

You may download and use the latest public snapshot for personal, educational, research and other non-commercial purposes. When you share FXPM-produced observations, classifications or the compilation, credit FXPM Labs, link to Tanker Watch and indicate if you changed the data.

Commercial reuse

Commercial republication, resale, redistribution or integration of FXPM-produced parts of these downloads requires an active API & Team plan. Free access to a download does not grant commercial reuse rights in FXPM Labs’ work. Contact FXPM Labs about uses outside that plan.

Upstream data keeps its own terms

These FXPM terms apply only to work FXPM Labs controls. They do not restrict rights you have directly from the original sources, and an FXPM subscription does not replace those sources’ terms.

Private checks using an AISstream key or Copernicus Data Space client credentials that you connect in your workspace are separate from these public downloads. They use your provider account and its terms and quotas; they do not grant rights to republish FXPM's paid archive or another provider's data.

• Sentinel-2 source imagery is governed by the Copernicus Sentinel data terms. Derived observations contain modified Copernicus Sentinel data; preserve the required source notice when reusing it.
• Fintraffic AIS source data is licensed under CC BY 4.0 with attribution, including a licence link and a note of changes.
• EIA price data is subject to the EIA’s reuse guidance, which asks for a source acknowledgment.
